Twisted Sister is officially bringing their 2026 reunion tour to the U.S. for the first time, and fans now have a date to circle.
The band announced their first American show of the run, confirming they’ll headline the Alaska State Fair in Palmer on September 4, 2026. It’s the first U.S. stop revealed so far, though more domestic dates may follow as the tour schedule continues to roll out.

The performance marks the group’s return to American stages after nearly a decade.
Twisted Sister last performed live in November 2016 before stepping away from touring. Their 2026 reunion trek celebrates the band’s 50th anniversary and is currently set to kick off on April 25 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Frontman Dee Snider made the announcement in true Dee Snider fashion, explaining that the demand from fans made the decision easy.

“If you're lucky enough to be in a band that people still want to see after fifty years, how can you not answer the call?” he said while confirming the reunion via Instagram. “In 2026, Twisted Sister will hit stages around the world because we still wanna rock!”
The anniversary shows will feature a lineup that blends original members with musicians connected to the group’s later eras. Snider will reunite with longtime guitarists Jay JayFrench and Eddie Ojeda, along with drummer Joe Franco, who appeared on the band’s 1987 album Love Is for Suckers. Bassist Russell Pzutto, who has performed on Snider’s past two solo albums, will round out the touring lineup.
Founding drummer AJ Pero, who joined Twisted Sister before their 1982 debut Under the Blade, died in 2015.
For now, the Alaska State Fair date stands as the only U.S. show officially locked in for 2026, but with a global reunion tour on the horizon, fans are watching closely for additional cities to be added.
