Connor Storrie reveals he's "ready" to make a big change to his appearance
In a video shared by Teen Vogue, the Heated Rivalry breakout actor admitted that's he's ready to shave his curls for a "crazy haircut"
Storrie and and his costar Hudson Williams have risen to fame following their debut in the hockey-inspired romance series, which was adapted from author Rachel Reid's Game Changers book series
Connor Storrie is ready to break away from this signature look.
The star of HBO Max's steamy hockey-based romance, Heated Rivalry, admitted that his beloved curls are no longer serving him.
"I'm ready to cut this stuff off if y'all want me to be completely honest." the 25-year-old actor said in a new Teen Vogue clip. "I'm ready to shave my head. I don't know who's out there, but someone hire me and give me a crazy haircut."

Storrie's admission was made when commenting on a fan-submitted post about his "curly hair routine." Turns out, there's nothing much to it.
"It's called become a star and get a team, a stylist, a groomer, hair, makeup, all the brands. Then you'll perfect just like me," he joked, then adding that all he really does is air-dry his locks.
His co-star Hudson Williams, 24, chimed in saying he wants the "same thing" although in the form of a Dennis Rodman-inspired leopard-print buzz cut. And despite Storrie mocking his castmate for copying his interests, he admitted that the bold hairstyle isn't something he'd want.
Although, the two are bonded in other ways, especially now that they have matching tattoos.
Earlier this month, the actors revealed that they decided to get coordinating NSFW ink after they wrapped filming Heated Rivalry. In an interview shared by HBO Max on Dec. 8, Storrie and Williams said they got "sex sells" inked onto their shin and upper thigh respectively.

“We settled on 'sex sells' because I think it was just kind of like a tongue-in-cheek, kind of winky view of being a part of something like this," explained Storrie, adding that, for some viewers, getting to "watch these to [characters] fall madly in love" is the "cherry on top of the cake."
"There's sex that is selling and it's a very sort of alluring factor," added Williams, "but we believe it's sort of the worth and the merit beyond that."
Fans have been flooding the internet with praise for Storrie and Williams' interpretation of hockey rivals-turned-lovers Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander, who were introduced in Rachel Reid’s fictional Game Changers book series.
The show's small-screen adaptation created by Jacob Tierney for Canadian streaming service Crave was picked up by HBO Max for distribution and has since become the platform’s top-rated non-animated acquired series and a top-five scripted debut of 2025, per Variety. Before season 1's finale, it was renewed for a second season, which will draw from Reid’sThe Long Game, the sixth novel in Game Changers.
