April 29 (Reuters) - Italy's ‌Chiesi ‌has agreed ​to buy KalVista Pharmaceuticals ‌for ⁠about $1.9 billion, ⁠the company ​said ​on ​Wednesday, ‌as it looks to grow ‌its ​rare ​disease ​drug ‌portfolio.
